Florian Schöler has been working in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as commercial tenancy law and bordering legal areas, including international business law, since 2006. He advises both local and international clients, including trading companies and manufacturers particularly from the food industry as well as from the sectors of chemistry, pesticides and pharmaceuticals.

The focus of Florian Schöler's activities is advising on the legal design of distribution agreements, sales representatives' contracts, general terms and conditions as well. Florian Schöler represents clients in commercial litigation and arbitration cases. Another focus of his work is the representation of shareholders in and out of court as well as advice regarding the incorporation, restructuring as well as mergers and acquisitions.

In the area of commercial tenancy law, Florian Schöler particularly advises the center management of shopping malls with regard to the enforcement of tenancy law in and out of court as well as the drafting of tenancy agreements.

Florian Schöler has been a specialised lawyer (Fach­anwalt) for commercial and company law since 2011. He conducts trainings especially in the areas of commercial contract and tenancy law.
