Since the beginning of his legal practice in 2008, Menso Engelmann has been providing comprehensive transactions advice on company law and M&A to private individuals, strategic investors, financial investors / private equity funds, family businesses, joint ventures and listed companies. A further focus of his work is on corporate law, both stock corporation and limited liability company law as well as partnership law, for example on GmbH & Co. KG, OHG and GbR. In addition, he accompanies transactions in corporate crises as well as restructurings under the German Merger and Reorganization Act. He also advises on commercial law, real estate transactions and international business law. His clients include companies from various industries both from Germany and international.

Before joining KROHN Rechtsanwälte, Menso Engelmann worked for leading international law firms in Frankfurt and Hamburg.

In the ranking of renowned German lawyers that is determined by the US publisher Best Lawyers exclusively for the German business newspaper Handelsblatt Menso Engelmann is regarded as one of "Germany's Best Lawyers 2022" in the areas of "Mergers and Acquisitions" as well as "Corporate Law".
