We advise companies on all questions of commercial law, particularly concerning foreign trade.

In addition to the drafting of contracts concerning national and international commercial sales, including the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), we litigate before civil courts in Germany and arbitral tribunals in Germany and abroad. In addition, we manage litigations before foreign courts with the help of our comprehensive network of foreign law firms.

Furthermore, we draft distribution contracts (sales agents, authorised dealers, commission agents) including competition law aspects as well as manufacturing, research and development contracts.

Our work also comprises the drafting and revision of general terms and conditions.
